Many Internet Service Providers are now employing junk mail filtering that may inadvertently filter our response to your Trouble Report, making it seem as though we did not respond. We respond to every Trouble Report. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of submitting your report, please follow up with another report, referencing the first report, or contact us via phone.
